Dear Friends & Neighbors,
In an effort to target the COVID-19 vaccine to the minority community, St. Matthew Baptist Church will hold another clinic at 5410 Louisburg Road, Raleigh on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. You are welcome to participate and spread the word. It is urgent that we work quickly, as time is of the essence. It is by appointments ONLY and you must register. At the bottom of this email, you will see a two-step registration process to sign-up for the vaccine shot.

Targeted Populations (African Americans, Latinos, and Asians)
There is NO cost to receive a vaccine.
You will receive your second vaccine at the same location.
Each eligible categories :
Group 1 Healthcare Workers, Long Term Care staff and residents and Morticians
Group 2 Anyone 65 years or older, regardless of health status or living situation and
Groups 3 School and Child care worker, Frontline Essential Workers, Law Enforcement & Clergy
Persons in your household must have their own email. If not, create a dummy email (example…MaryJones@NOEMAIL.com) This will alert them to call you by phone for your appointment.
It is important that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of schedule and that you stay 15 minutes after receiving your vaccine. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel far in advance, allowing others the opportunity.
As a reminder, this vaccine is completely voluntary.
